Terms and Conditions for Power Smart App

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Power Smart App. By accessing or using this app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By using the Power Smart App, you fully accept these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

1.2 If you register with the app or use any of its services, we may ask you to expressly agree to these terms and conditions.

1.3 You must be at least 18 years of age to use this app. By using the app or agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

1.4 This app uses cookies and similar technologies. By using the app, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

2.2 All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of PITC or its licensors.
